G-Next holds site visit and final talks with Eleveight AI in terms of strategic partnership leveraging Eleveight AI cloud services

～Project draws increasing attention as the most advanced private initiative in Armenia’s emerging AI Hub～

　G-Next Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Minoru Murata; Stock Code: 4179; hereinafter “G-Next”) visited the Republic of Armenia to further deepen its strategic business alliance with Eleveight AI(Headquarters: Yerevan, Republic of Armenia; CEO: Arman Aleksanian; hereinafter “Eleveight AI”), a company developing next-generation AI data center infrastructure, announced the formation of the alliance earlier in mid -2025. We confirmed final preparations are underway for the full-scale launch of AI cloud service starting early 2026 as well as conducted a site inspection of the data center infrastructure.

Overview of Local Discussions and AI Data Center Site Visit
During the site visit, We inspected the datacenter being developed in the village of Gagarin, Republic of Armenia with maximum capacity of 20MW, revised to feature NVIDIA DGX B300 (Blackwell Ultra GPU). Key facilities for operational readiness, including power and communication infrastructure, cooling equipment, uninterruptible power supply etc. were confirmed.
It was verified that finalization is progressing smoothly and is on track to support launch early in 2026.

Following the inspection, discussions with Eleveight AI CEO Arman Aleksanian confirmed the strategy for joint efforts on the following points:
● Final adjustments for commercial launch of AI cloud service (rental services, ready to go products and solutions ) starting early next year.
● Establishment of an AI infrastructure provision model specifically for Japanese companies.
● Utilization of AI computing power to support data analysis platform for G-Next’s product, Discoveriez.
● Strengthening joint projects and technological collaboration concerning AI solutions.

Based on this collaboration with Eleveight AI, G-Next will support the advancement of AI adoption and sophisticated data utilization for Japanese companies.

International Coverage Confirms Armenia’s Rise as an AI Hub
In recent years, Armenia has been accelerating the development of its AI infrastructure as a national strategy, attracting international attention. A report by Eurasianet highlighted that a “large-scale AI data center project is underway after US authorities approved the transfer of NVIDIA chips,” confirming through a third party the country’s growth as an AI hub.
Amidst this trend, Eleveight AI’s project is positioned as the most advanced private initiative that has moved into the actual construction phase.
